The Lead Corral Wrangler is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the corrals when the Foreman is not present, and is expected to assist wranglers in leading guided interpretive horseback trail rides for guests, as well as assisting guests on trail rides and assuring their comfort and safety. The Lead Wrangler is also expected to provide care of horses and maintain the corral in a neat, orderly fashion. The Lead Wrangler is required to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable providing information regarding Grand Teton Lodge Company, Grand Teton National Park and the surrounding Jackson Hole area.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Possess the ability to present self professionally in guest interaction
  • Previous experience working as a wrangler
  • Current First Aid card and CPR card that is less than a year old
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Successful MVR completion

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • Previous supervisory experience
