Based remotely until returning to the company's Broomfield, CO headquarters, the Sr. Coordinator of TA Programs will be contributing to the day-to-day operations of a , highly scalable, centralized shared services programs team. This role will assist in standardizing, optimizing & running select Talent Acquisition programs to allow for efficient and scalable delivery. This role will be responsible for assisting in building the framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple existing projects and programs in support of diverse recruiting strategies across the enterprise. The Sr. Coordinator will utilize data analysis techniques to assess opportunity areas for new and innovative supplemental recruiting programs, assist in creating business cases, and help successfully implement new programs where applicable.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in TA program management team developing SOPs, KPIs, and performance management for enterprise recruitment programs.
  • Support the building of framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple projects and programs in support of diverse recruiting strategies across enterprise (Increase Season to Season Returners, Employee Referral Program, Extend Your Winter, Corporate Connections, Direct Hire, Video Interviewing).
  • Report and analyze program metrics inclusive of ensuring programs meet the needs of the business and are optimized/ enhanced based on metric guidance
  • Identify enterprise wide program needs, help create business cases for new programs, support the development of new programs, and operate daily tasks associated with the program after launch.
  • Utilize multiple tools such as applicant tracking system workflow, scheduling software, knowledge management database and reporting platforms.
  • Adopt a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of accurate and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs.
  • Support greater Talent Acquisition team as needed throughout the season.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 Year of Related Work Experience
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Computer Literacy
  • Exceptional Communication, Customer Service, Collaboration and Relationship Building Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Project Coordinator Experience
  • 1 year of previous Recruiting Experience

The budgeted range starts at $18.20 - $20.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
