Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine: We are seeking someone with broad experience in New American, eclectic fine dining and a passion for working and playing in the mountains. We offer a competitive wage plus a ski pass to Alta or Snowbird. Applicant should have extensive knowledge in a fine dining, fast paced kitchen environment (1 year as a sous chef or 5 years as a line cook), controlling/ordering inventory, creating nightly specials, wine knowledge, and a dessert/pastry background.
Line Cook: Two years plus experience cooking, able to work in a fast paced kitchen, takes initiative, listens to chef. Applicant will get a competitive wage and ski pass to Alta or Snowbird.
