The Activities Desk Supervisor oversees and assists the Activities Desk Agents at Colter Bay Village in providing guests with information regarding transportation and activities available through the Grand Teton Lodge Company, overseeing the ticket sales for transportation and activities, and performs record keeping tasks, assisting the team when necessary. This individual works closely with various activity department heads coordinating scheduled activities, special events, and posting changes for special events.

The “must haves” for this position include:

  • Previous on the job supervisory experience
  • Strong working knowledge of computers
  • Fluent in understanding and speaking English
  • Basic math skills

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

  • MS Office experience
  • Experience with Visual One
  • Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park
