Summary of Job:

The Senior Director of Paid role requires a proven leader capable of developing and fostering high performing teams focused on being data-driven and guest-centric while driving business results. S/he is responsible for developing Paid business strategies for the organization based on guest insights and key business trends. This role will be responsible for translating a data-driven business strategy into an integrated go-to-market plan by partnering and influencing executives and cross-functional teams, with accountability for delivering growth on more than $500M in revenue. This role requires a strong leadership skills, and a highly developed set of marketing and general management skills, the ability to story tell by leveraging analysis and insights that drive action, while also growing and developing a high performing team with a strong cultural connection.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive lift access revenue, including establishing the budget and managing / communicating business results
  • Drive robust business strategies to drive continued strong growth in the business using guest-centric, data-driven approaches
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners through multi-touch and multi-dimensional marketing programs with a guest-centered channel-agnostic approach
  • Extremely strong leader with strong learning agility, emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, and a thirst for learning
  • Develop a deep understanding of our guests and their lifecycle through both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Lead with data, influence with data, and draw clear narratives from complex data sets
  • Influence and align the entire Marketing, Sales, and Communication organization - Executives down to program managers/executors -
  • Bring the external world in: Leverage best practices, new ideas, and what works/doesn't work from leaders in and out of the industry
  • Work with all resort & enterprise Brand teams to develop content & creative that engages guests and drives result
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of high performing employees

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Degree in business or related field preferred; MBA or other advanced business learning or coursework preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and multi-faceted efforts.
  • Experience with analyzing information and data to make decisions
  • Experience in being a self-starter and self-motivated efforts without the need for daily direction
  • Experience supporting and working with C-level executives in a business environment
  • Proven track record for problem solving, showcasing success using different skill sets
  • Experience in leading and assessing high-potential talent

  • Leverages strong financial analysis skills and the ability to simplify and present complex information and ideas
  • Prepares executive-level presentations
  • Learns quickly and invests the effort and energy to learn and grow
  • Oriented to quality and attention to detail
