Seasonal Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Join a dynamic and growing operation, in a highly visible leadership role. This role in Base Operations will work as part of a leadership team to oversee the parking and transportation operation at the nation’s largest ski resort. Job Responsibilities Include but are not l limited to :

  • Supervise line-level employees to provide a consistent and world class experience
  • Model excellent guest service
  • Ensure all employees training is completed in a timely fashion
  • Manage scheduling and payroll
  • Operate a shuttle van as required by the operation
  • Maintain a safety focus in all areas of the operations
  • Recruit, hire and onboard line level employees
  • Bring passion and fun to daily operations
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma (required)
  • Some college (preferred)
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must communicate clearly in English
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must have a clean driving record over the last 3 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The budgeted range starts at $22 - $25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
