The Night Shift Front Desk / Night Auditor is responsible for accumulating and balancing the daily revenue for Jenny Lake Lodge, in addition to performing all front desk, PBX (Hotel Operator), and cashiering functions throughout the graveyard shift. The Night Auditor should additionally be able to be "on-hand" to provide guest services to any guests checking in or checking out during their shifts, in addition to delivering room amenities as requested and answering all guest inqueries. The Night Auditor is additionally responsible to clean all common areas of the lodge, including guest bathrooms.
This is a summer position. Our season typically runs from June through early October. Candidates must be available to work until the end of the season.
The “must haves” for this position include:
- Strong working knowledge of computers
- Good communication skills
- Strong math and accounting skills
- Strong organization and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and carry 10+ lbs
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Previous Night Audit and/or Front Desk Experience
- Visual One or other property management system experience
- Accounting/Finance background
- Ability to correctly handle credit cards and cash and balance daily
